I think the doom of the Eldar is one of the saddest--high race condemned to a terrible doom. It's very sad.

In fact, the eldar in Warhammer40k share the same fate like every other elven race amongst the many fantasy realms. It might be the same race, tho'. Just later.

I thought this i about the "great old ones" also called "the eldar".
More specific about Cthulhu, who is dreaming beyond the ocean, waiting his awakening so he can once again bring doom upon this world.
