The 2nd line on the 2nd verse, I believe, should read: "And a hand that I can hold." I agree, "Awesome
song. When I was in Vietnam with the 101st, 1/502, Delta Company, "Dream lover" was one of the songs we always sung. It reminded us of our home & and the girl we missed so much.
