We have a Karaoke Night on Saturdays here at our Senior Complex. Everyone's nervous to get up and sing. So a few times a night I play "Patricia the Stripper". If you are young you would kill yourself laughing but it certainly wakes these old girls up for a little while. They get up and move around and of course sing along. What Fun!

Dermot? Not the Dermot from Limmerick by any chance who I met in California in 1997 and who told me he once sang this song in a school-class outing in the bus on the microphone filling the entire bus and the mothers all present? And your mom was completely upset because of it but could not stop you? If that Dermot we need to catch up again somehow! YOur story always comes to ind when I listen to the song :-)
