I believe that it isn't "A tri-camera rolls since our music's now set" but rather "A tricameral system is now set" Tricameral being the practice of having three legislative or parliamentary chambers.

Jim is correct- the line is: "A tricameral system is now set..."

Another error:

"Unless your name's Brewster, 'cause Brewsters are funky" should be: "...'cause Brewsters are Punky" (reference to 'Punky Brewster', a 1980's TV sitcom).
