God wants us to be pure like a little children; but, of course, we arent because we fell. The little boy is like what we should be like...he's simple in the way he expresses his love to his mom but its pure and true.
When it says 'where do i fit in the puzzle' i think its saying what does this have to do with me? how can express my emotions in such simple ways when it seems that its TOO simple?...but its not! you dont have to do great feats to impress God because he knows your heart. he loves you no matter what.

im only 14 dont laugh at my simple interpretation but thats just my two cents. everyone is in a diffenent stage in their life. there are endless possibilities in how these lyrics could be interpreted; that's the beauty of it though.
