This is a classic! When I was young, I remember my dad listening to this song remarking what a "bad" (bad as in GOOD) this song was. I can now APPRECIATE this piece of art. LOVE IT.

Just saw George Benson perform at The Capitol Jazz Fest and I tell you when he sang this song, I think everyone was trasported, mentally exactly where there were 25 years ago when they first heard it. I know I was in Brooklyn NY, at my cousins basement party hugged up and rubbed down with Melvin Moore, my Junion Hight School Sweetheart! LOL!

While attending Berklee College of Music in Boston in the early 70s, I had the priveledge to see George at the Jazz Workshop on Boylston Street quite often. Me and my music peers would get there early so that we could put our feet on the stage. George played for four hours and it cost me less than $10 for the entire evening. George Benson is truly one of my guitar heros!!!
