Seems like old times, having you to walk with
Seems like old times, having you to talk with
And it's still a thrill just to have my arms around you
Still the thrill that it was the day I found you
Seems like old times, dinner dates and flowers
Just like old times, staying up for hours
Making dreams come true, doing things we used to do
Seems like old times being here with you
------ instrumental break ------
Seems like old times, dinner dates and flowers
Just like old times, staying up for hours
Making dreams come true, doing things we used to do
Seems like old times being here with you
Being here with you
Being here with you

Comments/Interpretations
This is a truly lovely song, rendered beautifully by Diane Keaton in Woody Allen's amazing movie "Annie Hall."
I agree with Susan. A lovely song. Full marks to Woody Allen for having such good taste in music.
This song tells everything..why we think that old times is always better than the nowadays ? So, I remember my life in London, what a huge time..Anyway even living in Rio de Janeiro, a magnificent town, I hope to return there sooner..Congrats!
Great song but sung incorrectly in Annie Hall. She sang "walk" twice. The line is "talk," not walk, I'm first verse.
Long before the movie "Annie Hall, this song became the theme song for radio and television entertainer Arthur Godfrey. It opened his radio and TV morning shows for 25 years beginning in 1948. It opened his hour long evening TV shows as well. It is probably the most effective theme song ever -- hear the song , picture Arthur Godfrey. See Godfrey, think of the song.
Loved the way Diane sang this song in "Annie Hall"!
woody allen, emphasis on woody....
The song came int my head a few days ago and I can't stop singing it or humming it. It's a beautiful song and brings back many nice memories to me.
