The song is not sang in Spanish. It is sang in Italian. The band is from France. They record songs in Latin based romance languages.
WRONG. it is a mix between spanish and italian. The original is an italian song. THey just did a cover in spanish. They sing "volarE" with the e because they needed the extra syllable. In spanish it is volar. THey would have been screwed if they kept it that way

Blue painted in blue! It obviously means the deepest of blues. Dear God, doesn't anyone read poetry anymore? It isn't supposed to be literal!
Later on in the Italian version, it says "I painted my hands and face blue" This is POETRY! Through love (you need the Italian lyrics to understand this.) he becomes part of the "blue",i.e, heaven or the universe. We "lose" ourselves in love, willingly. THAT is what the song is about. We revel in the "loss". We "fly' because we are free. Gravity cannot contain the soul awakened by love. Words become lyrics as speech becomes song due to love's influence. There is so much bad popular music with uninspired and one dimensional lyrics, that we have also lost. We have lost our sense of poetry. Just listen to (C)rap "music". What's to listen to? I love your body? Phooey!
