My dad's a musician, and I remember when I was a little girl, he used to play this for me every night before I went to bed. I haven't heard it in so long, and now hearing it again, it makes me cry in a happy way.

I use to listen to this CD as a child... and I just had my first son on June 19, 2008... I have been singing the Pooh Corner song to him since he was in the womb at 3 months... as soon as he came out the set him on my chest... I started singing and he was silent! It has worked every time since... he is not a crier AT ALL... but man it is nice to have this song... and CD to calm him when I can tell he is uncomfortable! Thanks so much for your work :0)

I can completely relate to Jessica. My mom sang this to me everynight before bed, and was a musician and all. My most peacful moments were spent in bed listening to this.

My dad used to put this song in my cd player every night before I went to bed. My brother still laughs and calls me immature when I listent to this song, but that's ok because the song brings back childhood memories that I can never re-live.

My old friend introduced this song to me when we were talking beside the river nearby our place, i really liked it the first time he let me hear this song..Until now i still remember my friend everytime i listening this song in my mp3. .Thnx for the memories. Thnx for the song you left on me.

Our German Shepherd passed today of cancer while bringing him home I heard this song....it took me back to when i was 11 or so.....made me think of the fun my wife and I had with our dog....what a wonderful song! Thanks its very comforting and Ill remember 'Tank' every time I hear it!

My mother is an alcoholic, so my childhood was quite unpredictable. One thing that I could always count on was her singing this to me every night. She would smile, rub my back, and sing me to sleep. I don't see her very often, or talk to her for that matter, but just to hear this song reminds me that she loves me very much, and that she did what she could with that she had at the time. One day, when I have children, I will surely be singing this to them with as much love and tenderness as my mother did.

My husband is a pilot in the military and when he isn't gone on missions he sings this song to our two little boys at bedtime. They love this song so much and now when dad is gone I have to sing it or they won't go to sleep and it eases the pain of missing their daddy. What a wonderful song! It has touched so many including my little family.

Y'know, there's a bit of all the people at Pooh Corner in each of us - Owl, Eeyore, Christopher, and ol' Pooh Bear - and in this song Kenny Loggins gave us we find that bit in ourselves . . . and we find comfort in something familiar.
