It is about a girl that is trapped by her own inability to be her own person. She is co-dependent on the "boy" (and the next one and the next one after that) to whom she merely reflects. And instead of growing and becoming her own person she hides the truth from herself regarding her codependency, calls it a beautiful romantic fall, and then goes through it all over again.
