Homeless, homeless
Moonlight sleeping on a midnight lake
Homeless, homeless
Moonlight sleeping on a midnight lake
We are homeless, we are homeless
The moonlight sleeping on a midnight lake
And we are homeless, homeless, homeless
The moonlight sleeping on a midnight lake
Zio yami, zio yami, nhliziyo yami
Nhliziyo yami amakhaza asengi bulele
Nhliziyo yami, nhliziyo yami
Nhliziyo yami, angibulele amakhaza
Nhliziyo yami, nhliziyo yami
Nhliziyo yami somandla angibulele mama
Zio yami, nhliziyo yami
Nhliziyo yami, nhliziyo yami
Too loo loo, too loo loo
Too loo loo loo loo loo loo loo loo loo
Too loo loo, too loo loo
Too loo loo loo loo loo loo loo loo loo
Strong wind destroy our home
Many dead, tonight it could be you
Strong wind, strong wind
Many dead, tonight it could be you
And we are homeless, homeless
Moonlight sleeping on a midnight lake
Homeless, homeless
Moonlight sleeping on a midnight lake
Homeless, homeless
Moonlight sleeping on a midnight lake

Comments/Interpretations
My "Graceland" favorite...
`Linda de mais!!!!!!!!
Extraordinário
I believe this song actually belongs to Ladysmith Black Mambazo of South Africa.
Well, yes, that's who's singing, but it was released on Paul Simon's "Graceland" album.
@Melba it was written by Paul Simon.
boring and stupid i would rather listen 2 One Direction, Justin Bieber, Justice Crew, Chris Brown, Rihanna etc... + Katy Perry!!!
I always sing this song when I'm sad. It's pretty hard to sing when you're all alone, though!
@Janice, I wouldn't expect kids your age to enjoy or even understand such a great piece of music... Stick to your Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj empty noise, child.
Man I love this song. I don't care who wrote this, I just love the lyrics, harmonies and slow and powerful tone of the whole thing. A salute to Paul Simon and Lady Smith Black Mambazo! African legends (we'll adopt Simon into the continent on account of his support for South Africans in the apartheid and for his amazing harmonies.)
I can't belive Janice compares Paul Simon and Ladysmith Black Mambazo to the likes of Katy Perry and Justin Bieber. What has happened to people's ears, music has been replaced by flashy music videos and shock value. It's almost disturbing. Graceland is one of the greatest albums!
There is nothing bad with Justin Bieber and One Direction, I actually enjoy listening the first one... And there is nothing bad with Lil' Wayne, I like it too @Jay. But please, this is music, REAL music, the JB or Wayne things are just for chill... If you know something of music you should recognize that this is an epic masterpiece.
