I think the song's meaning is obvious. A boy loves a girl, and is willing to do whatever it takes to be with her. He wants her to know that he doesn't have money to offer, and hopes that his love is enough for her.

This is by far one of my favorite songs. Plain White T's are the best.

I know that this song is the most amazing song I have ever heard. It has so much passion behind it and It's about two people being in love and starting a new life together. I am actually gonna get married in March 15, 2009 and my best friend and I are gonna perform this song for my wife at our wedding and It's gonna be a surprise to her.
