The lyric should be "Will the audiance, convene at 1:15, outside Brixton Town Hall, where we'll be waiting..."

my theory for the second megaphone rant:

"the audience will reconvene outside Brixton bus station, where from then on, we move at 12:00 o'clock down Stockwell Road. Then we all head to Abbots Road, then 12 minutes to 3:00, we move on down through Lambeth Road to Vauxhall Bridge.... Now Once we get to the other side of Vauxhall Bridge, we're in the Westminster Borough area. Its quite possible we may encounter some difficulty, but we will swiftly take care of them along the way as we go. Its time to clean up the City! For you all to accomplish this, YOU ALL HAVE TO FOLLOW MY SOLUTION, AND FOLLOW THROUGH! ITS TIME TO TURN ON THE SHOWERS FOR THE BLOODY ROADS, LET CHAOS FALL UPON THOSE WHO DONT FOLLOW, AND RUN IN THE STREETS. WE WILL FIND YOU ALL!"

This is what I managed to put together:

The Worms will convene at Brixton bus station, we’ll be moving along about 12 o’clock down stockwell road.
At that point we’ll be heading towards lambeth road where we will be covering some distance, leaving twelve minutes to three as we move along lambeth road towards Vauxhall bridge.

Now when we get to the otherside of Vauxhall bridge we’ll be in westminister borough area. Its quite possible we may encounter some difficulties all the way from 4, 5 & 6 on the way as we go.
Now is time to clean up the city, for this is the BEGINNING! We need to secure our people! We cant stand around & let ourselves be robbed, maimed & killed!

& when we make it to the highclock corner, I want you to spread out & find them!
STORM THE HALLS.
& THEN TEAR THE WALLS
& THE DOORS
BREAK DOWN THE DOORS & HUNT THEM WHERE THEY ARE!
