Despite having the typical "woman is devil" mantra by employing alluions to the evil entity itself, the elementary concept is suddenly being able to see through the shit...the lies, hence, "I can see for miles and miles." This can apply to any situation where you have been duped and finally are calling the liars bluff; "here's a poke at you, you're gonna' choke on it too..."

Basically, he's saying, "haha, you thought you had me tricked? NOPE!"
