Of course this song makes sense if you know a thing or two about transgender!

Most of us, though, wouldn't really agree about "wants to be your man" but I suppose it's possible.

I just noticed today when our teacher mentioned Kleinfelters syndrome, which means having XXY as gender chromosomes. This song came to mind, specifically "she wants to be a man." There's also talk of a wig, and extra X and Y, mentioning a baby, and "unnoticed by few."
