I have the LP rendition by Ferranti & Teicher,It is, in my opinion the best. It really captures the spirit of Live for Life.

On the CD "COLLAGE" by Karrin Allyson
the last cut is "live For Life." This is a great rendition with vocals and small combo. Emotionally stirring.

Yes, the rendition by Karrin Allyson is the best I've ever heard. This "Collage" album is her finest so far. She has improved with each album and now has reached 'classic' status.
