It's by Mark Jonathan Davis. Seriously, Weird Al is not the only parodist out there. It doesn't even sound like him. But everyone automatically assumes that if there's a song with re-written lyrics, it must be Weird Al's. I love Weird Al, but it's just annoying when people attribute other people's work to him.
