I dont think its Jubilee- I think she says To Believe. Listen closely, very hard T sound at beginning and ends with V sound....

I don't know what she says, but the word is Jubilee. I have known that song many, many years. I want this sung at my funeral. Not any time really soon though.

When was this song written? I heard it years ago and it still is fresh on my mind. It is so beautiful and I love it.
